Booking Conditions

1. Your booking is made with Tickets International who own and operate the mercurytravel.net website. Bookings may be made either online or by telephone.

2. Prices and Payment
Prices confirmed at the time of payment are final and will not alter.

You can pay by debit card, by cheque or directly into our bank account and there is no charge. Credit card attracts an additional charge currently of 1.5%.

To pay by cheque or into our bank please phone or email us with details of your order. Do not book on line.

Paying into our Bank: details are as follows: Barclays Bank. Account name: Tickets International. Number: 50514497 Sort Code: 20-19-95 Let us know the name and branch of the bank that the money is coming from.

Paying by Cheques: make cheques out to: Tickets International   NOTE: Tickets can only be sent when cheques have fully cleared.

If you have stated ‘payment by debit card’ but you have used a credit card the additional charge will be required before your tickets can be sent to you.

An order only exists when cleared funds have been received by us.

3. Tickets
Once payment has been received in full a booking confirmation will be sent to you by email. Tickets will in the main be posted within 7 -14 days of booking though this may extend during peak periods at which time they will be sent out strictly in departure date order. Your contract includes delivery to the address to which your credit or debit card is registered within the UK with the option for Express Delivery. Delivery within Europe will incur an additional charge. Hard copy tickets for use directly at the entrance to the park/attraction will in nearly all cases be provided where multiple entry tickets have been purchased. Vouchers will be provided for excursions and tours and certain single entry venues including Discovery Cove.

Certain tours and excursions may not be cancellable. If tickets are stolen report the theft to the police immediately and then contact us. We will then do our best to organise replacements with the park, attraction, excursion or tour organiser though it is understood that it is not within our control to do so.

Important Note: Lost tickets cannot be replaced. Keep them in a safe place

4. Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your booking please inform us immediately.

We will refund you 75% of the price paid for most theme park tickets once the tickets have been received by us and provided that they have not been used, damaged or defaced in any way. Where tickets have not been despatched we will refund 75% on written confirmation that you require the order to be cancelled. Cancellation policy on tours and excursions vary. Some may not be cancellable. We can not accept cancellation of any booking after your date of travel. Discovery Cove is non-changeable and non-refundable.

5. Accuracy of Website and Prices
We have made every reasonable effort to ensure that descriptions and prices are accurate at the time of publishing. It is our honest belief and understanding that all facts and opinions given are correct. However changes which are beyond our control may occur. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that you check all details including the price of your chosen Theme Park, Attraction, Show, Entertainment, Restaurant, Sporting Event, Excursion or Tour at the time of booking. We will advice you of any material changes as soon as we are made aware of them. Please note all duration times given are approximate.

6. We will not be liable for any act or omission by any person not employed directly by us and whilst we have chosen our Suppliers with care we have no control over our Suppliers and so cannot be held responsible for any action or omission of our Suppliers or their servants, agents or employees.

7. We cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or expense caused by strike, civil commotion, fire, war, threat of war, terrorist activity, National or nuclear disaster, late delivery, adverse weather conditions, cancellation of performances, Shows, Sporting Events, Tours, Excursions or temporary or permanent closedown of Attractions made by our Suppliers for any reason whatsoever or other force majeur.

In no circumstances shall we be liable for any consequential loss or damage. Subject to the Terms and Conditions contained herein, our liability shall be limited to the price paid for the tickets/vouchers. It is not a condition of booking that we provide tickets and not vouchers. We shall however use our best endeavours to do so wherever practical.

8. We have no control over the Theme Parks / Attractions / Entertainments /Shows / Restaurants / Sporting Events / Tours/Excursions and all details and descriptions in relation thereto are for guidance only.

We accept no liability for any inaccuracy in the information contained on this website, which may be altered at any time without prior notice and also reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel any of the arrangements as shown on this website.

9. Unless otherwise agreed these Conditions and the contract shall be subject to and construed in accordance with English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Ticket exchanges - If a client requires us to exchange an attraction ticket from a child to an adult there will be an amendment fee of £10 per person plus the difference between the ticket prices. If Special Delivery is requested this will be charged additionally.

11. We act as agents only for linked websites like broadway.com, lasvegasandmore.com and others. Bookings, reservations or purchases made on these or any other linked sites are made between yourselves and them and will be subject to their terms and conditions. Our booking conditions will not apply.
